Abstract:为了研究填充发泡胶的胶接蜂窝夹层结构在180o剥离下的剥离强度参数和破坏形式,本文针对发泡胶填充的铝-锂合金蜂窝芯/蒙皮胶接界面进行了剥离实验研究,其中铝-锂合金蜂窝芯层中分别以无填充、90%填充和100%填充发泡胶,并比较不同填充形式下胶层的剥离强度和破坏形式。通过数字图像相关(DIC)获得剥离时局部应变场,特别是破坏起始点的临界区。随后又通过数值模拟对蜂窝夹层结构的剥离进行了分析,将分析结果与实验结果对比,验证数值模拟的有效性。结果表明:随着发泡胶填充率的提高,蜂窝夹层结构的剥离强度也随之增大;蜂窝结构在无填充时的破坏形式为胶粘剂的内聚破坏,在填充发泡胶时的破坏形式为粘附破坏;数值分析结果与实验基本吻合。
