Abstract:本文对低速冲击后结构的表面变形和能量吸收以及冲击后压缩结构的承载能力进行了数值模拟和实验研究。首先采用有限元方法对复合材料泡沫夹层板的冲击过程进行数值模拟,通过Hashin准则判断夹层结构面板的破坏情况,模拟结果表明:泡沫夹层板在受冲击过程中主要发生的是外面板基体拉伸破坏,冲击的能量越大,外面板发生破坏的面积越大。此外,对内外面板和泡沫的能量吸收做了对比,发现泡沫吸收了大量的能量,剩余的能量基本上被外面板吸收。其次,用带有冲击损伤和完好无损的模型分别进行轴向压缩计算,记录结构的失效载荷和破坏情况,分析冲击能量对压缩后剩余强度的影响,得到带有冲击损伤结构的承载能力大大下降。
