Profile
Rong Xie, doctor,assistant professor, has long been engaged in the teaching and research work of thermal impeller machinery and fluid machinery (steam turbine, gas turbine, compressor, fan, pump, etc.). At present, the main research directions are as follows: performance research using by CFD method and structure optimization design of fluid machinery; redesign technology and energy saving key technology research on flow structure of turbomachinery; research on high efficiency hydraulic model theory and method of million kilowatt-class PWR nuclear power plant nuclear main pump; research on internal temperature rise and external cooling method of large transformer. Nearly five years, participates in or undertakes a number of research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation Project, the State Key Basic Research and Development Program "973" Project, the Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Fund Project, Liaoning Province Major Projects, military pre-research projects and enterprises’ projects, etc..
