Abstract: 表面增强拉曼散射(surface-enhanced Ramanscattering,SERS)光谱以其灵敏、高效、便捷的特点在分析检测领域备受青睐,逐渐发展成为一种超灵敏的纳米谱学分析技术。目前,贵金属(主要为金纳米粒子、银纳米粒子及其构成的纳米结构)是主要的SERS活性基底材料。基于贵金属的SERS检测技术在生物、环境、食品和公共安全等领域有着广泛地应用,然而基底材料的匮乏制约着SERS技术的进一步发展。
