具有强可见光吸收的三羰基铼(Ⅰ)配合物的合成及其在光动力治疗与荧光成像中的应用

Abstract:羰基铼配合物由于其优异的发光特性、良好的细胞摄入功能,广泛用于分子传感及生物标记等领域[1].常见三羰基Re(Ⅰ)配合物的三重激发态寿命较短、在可见区吸收较弱,且吸收波长一般小于450nm[2],这使其在光动力治疗和生物成像等新兴研究领域中的应用受到限制.为延长配合物的吸收波长、增强吸光强度,本文在BODIPY荧光团上引入咔唑以扩大π-共轭体系,再将其与联吡啶配体共轭连接得到具有强可见光吸收能力的Re-1配合物,其三重态寿命长达448.9μs,最大吸收波为624nm,荧光量子产率达41.6%,同时Re-1仍具备一定敏化产生单线态氧的能力(ΦΔ=16%).将Re-1作为光敏剂用于肺癌细胞的光动力治疗及细胞成像,均取得了较好的效果.
