Abstract:A finite element simulation model for the soft-mould aided co-curing forming process of advanced grid stiffened (AGS) plate is established, and the influences of the technology gap and curing cycle on the ribs' geometric precision and curing stress field are also discussed. The method and numerical conclusions provided would be benefit to determine technical parameters during the manufacturing process of AGS structures.
