Abstract:本文从文化差异的角度分析跨国技术联盟知识接收方学习动力、吸收能力以及内部知识转移机制对知识转移绩效的影响,并根据文献梳理提出两个假设,用数学方法进行推理证明.研究表明,跨国技术联盟组织内部的文化差异,可以作为促进联盟组建的资源或动力,在联盟组建之后也是促进联盟知识转移的有利因素.最后提出了研究的局限性和进一步研究方向.
Jiao Ye is an associate professor in the School of Economics and Management at Dalian University of Technology (DUT). She got her PhD degree in economic system analysis and management from DUT in 2012. Her research interests cover international investment, transnational management, and international business. Her researches have been published in Applied Economics Letters, Statistical Research, The Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics, Studies in science of science, Journal of International Trade, World Economy Studies, etc. Jiao Ye also undertake a number of practical projects entrusted by the government and enterprises.
