Abstract:分析了文化差异对跨国技术联盟内部知识转移的正负两方面影响;运用系统动力学的方法分析跨国技术联盟知识转移的因果关系;构建了系统动力学模型,使用Vensim PLE软件实现了系统仿真,并验证了文化差异对知识转移效果影响的灵敏性。结果表明,该模型能够较好地拟合实际中文化差异视角下的知识转移过程,能较好拟合文化差异对跨国组织知识转移量的倒"U"型影响,并能为相似的知识转移过程提供有效的决策支持。
Jiao Ye is an associate professor in the School of Economics and Management at Dalian University of Technology (DUT). She got her PhD degree in economic system analysis and management from DUT in 2012. Her research interests cover international investment, transnational management, and international business. Her researches have been published in Applied Economics Letters, Statistical Research, The Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics, Studies in science of science, Journal of International Trade, World Economy Studies, etc. Jiao Ye also undertake a number of practical projects entrusted by the government and enterprises.
