Abstract:我国吸引外资多年,其对本土技术创新的影响到底有多大,且这些影响在区域上是否体现出差异?且与本土相关资源条件存在何种门槛?本文利用吸引外资规模最大的省份江苏省2002-2011年地区面板数据,对上述相关问题进行经验检验。实证结果表明:外商直接投资对江苏省技术创新存在正溢出效应,经济发展水平、基础设施、人力资本这三个因素对FDI溢出效应带来促进作用并且效果显著,经济结构以及企业类型并未对FDI溢出效应呈现出促进作用;在全国层面上,江苏省FDI技术溢出效应优于全国平均水平,但落后于东部地区平均水平。
Jiao Ye is an associate professor in the School of Economics and Management at Dalian University of Technology (DUT). She got her PhD degree in economic system analysis and management from DUT in 2012. Her research interests cover international investment, transnational management, and international business. Her researches have been published in Applied Economics Letters, Statistical Research, The Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics, Studies in science of science, Journal of International Trade, World Economy Studies, etc. Jiao Ye also undertake a number of practical projects entrusted by the government and enterprises.
