船体板高频感应加热的多场耦合数值分析

Abstract:针对船体曲面板的感应加热成形过程,基于COMSOL Multiphysics软件建立钢板静止式高频感应加热的二维数值模型.通过数值分析,研究钢板加热和水冷过程中温度场的分布规律和变形情况.结果表明:钢板温度场和板面局部收缩量的模拟结果与实验测量值一致；加热开始后,钢板加热线上的温度很快达到居里点,然后保持稳定；在变化趋势上,上下板面的温差曲线和加热线上的垂向挠度变化曲线相似.
