钢板弯曲工艺中的高频感应加热过程数值分析

Abstract:作为电磁感应热源应用于船体板水火弯板工艺的一项基础研究,首先阐述了钢板感应加热的磁热耦合理论,然后利用ANSYS软件代码开发了钢板感应加热的有限元模型.数值计算结果和实验结果相一致,并得出了钢板感应加热过程中的电磁场分布规律和和温度随时间的变化规律,计算结果符合感应加热的特征.
