基于完全线加热成形的钢板弯曲成形自动化研究

Abstract:　　本文提出了船体曲面板完全感应加热成形工艺过程设计方法，并给出了钢板曲面的加热线布置。然后，简要地介绍了高频感应加热成形设备及其应用方法；通过一个感应加热实例的实验结果和计算结果，说明了感应热源不但可以应用于钢板的弯曲成形工艺，而且具有加热速度快的成形特点。
