Ø 研究方向
围绕疾病早期诊断中具有重要生理作用分子的识别与检测,聚焦活体内原位、实时、在线荧光成像研究中的关键科学问题,构建了过渡金属配合物发光探针检测平台,用于血液、细胞、小动物等样品生物成像分析以及相关疾病诊断治疗研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,作为骨干力量参加863课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项课题。在光致发光-电致化学发光双信号响应探针;细胞器靶向特异性识别生理活性小分子探针;时间分辨模式长寿命发光探针等研究工作中取得了一系列的研究成果。近年来以通讯作者/第一作者身份在J. Am. Chem. Soc. (化学类顶刊,ESI高被引), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (化学类顶刊), Chem. Eng. J., Adv. Sci., Biomaterials, Biosens. Bioelectron. (ESI高被引), Anal. Chem., Sensor. Actuat. B-Chem., Chem. Commun., Chem. Eur. J., Inorg. Chem., Anal. Chim. Acta, Talanta, Dalton Trans., Analyst等国际知名学术刊物发表论文。授权发明专利2项。培养研究生获得国家奖学金、优秀论文、单项奖学金和优秀研究生标兵(每年全校博士生4人,校研究生最高奖项)等荣誉。指导本科生获得国家级、省级、校级大学生化学新实验设计赛一等奖、二等奖;国家级、省级、校级大创项目多项。
