Abstract:An objective function including both production economy and safety aspects was determined, and an integer programming model for synthesizing safety operating procedure was constructed based on Petri net. Firstly, according to the concepts of Petri net, the pipeline, valve and fault-topology modules were established, and the superstructure of operating procedure was built up. Then, the constrains were determined on the basis of the tokens transportation in Petri net. Finally, a bi-objective function was set up with the consideration of the balance between the shortest action path and the lowest fault expectation. Furthermore, the satisfying optimization solution in the Pareto front was attained using CPLEX solver in GAMS. An illustrative example idemonstrates the validity and advantages of the proposed approach.
