摘要:Focusing on the interconnectedness and ambiguities of different technical evaluation indicators in Hydraulic projects, we established a gray comprehensive evaluation model on the basis of the entropy weight with the consideration of potential influence factors. The model combines entropy weight with gray model and could be used to solve the decision making problems in schedule evaluation. The model uses the entropy method to determine the index weight objectively, based on which the gray relational analysis method was adopted to evaluate the progress comprehensively. A Hydraulic project was used here as an example to show the feasibility of the model in Hydraulic engineering project preliminary planning. ? 2015, ICIC International.
