方旭,教授/博导,国家高层次青年人才,华为讲教奖获得者。于新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程系获博士学位,师从自主智能无人系统领域著名学者Lihua Xie (新加坡工程院院士,IEEE/IFAC Fellow)。在此之前,于2021年入选瑞典瓦伦堡基金会与新加坡南洋理工大学联合博后项目,作为独立PI主持移动传感器网络定位理论和应用研究。2023年在瑞典皇家理工学院从事博士后研究工作,合作导师为多智能体系统领域知名学者Dimos V. Dimarogonas教授 (IEEE/WASP Fellow)。


2025年,我们推出了“星海一号”水空两栖电动垂直起降飞行器 (eVTOL),这一飞行器具有水空两栖、重载飞行、便捷拆装等优势,可以满足多种应用场景的需求其采用四轴八旋翼的动力布局,冗余动力设计为载人及运输飞行的安全提供了坚实保障,同时能输出充足动力满足各类应用需求。共轴旋翼结构大大减小了飞行器体积,增强了任务作业过程中的灵活性。8个旋翼可输出320千克以上的升力,除去自身质量,载重可达185千克以上,能轻松应对多种应用场景,且完全能满足大载重条件下水面航行的需求

主持国家自然科学基金,省/市/企业级等多个项目,发表学术论文40余篇,其中第一作者发表IEEE Transactions和Automatica论文10余篇,研发了一套高精度定位系统,用于新加坡科技工程公司和新加坡政府机构无人系统应用项目(自主定位系统和可穿戴导航设备)。担任多个国际期刊和会议编委,包括IEEE ICARCV, IEEE ICCA, Journal of Automation and Intelligence等。研究兴趣包括多智能体协作控制、无人系统、机器狗、网络定位和机器人导航等理论及其应用
