摘要:The CNC grinding machine tool for the radome is used to finish machining of the inner surface of the radome which is made of hard and brittle material with complicated shape. This machine is a 3-axes CNC machine, integrating such functions as measuring, data processing and grinding. The measuring and precision grinding can be finished through once-loading and two-step-operation. The whole control system, which controls two operations (measuring and grinding), is a 3-axes CNC system. IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) and PMAC (Programmable Multi Axis Controller) compose a double CPU system which is the kernel of the CNC system. The control software needs to realize the control of the whole CNC system, to acquire the measuring data, to execute the NC code, to provide the MMI and software interface, etc. The whole software system consists of the inner surface measuring and data acquiring module, the background PLC control and control panel management module, the man-machine interface and connection module. The communication between these modules or between ports is realized through DLL and VXD. The whole control software is user-friendly and easy to use, and can accomplish the precision grinding task satisfactorily.
