韩蓉,女,甘肃武威人,中共党员,工学博士,大连理工大学助理教授,硕士生导师,IEEE Member,中国电源学会高级会员,中国电工技术学会高级会员。主要从事大功率特种电源和变换器控制技术、新一代半导体功率器件(氮化镓GaN、碳化硅SiC)技术、电力电子装置主动热应力控制技术、模块化多电平变换器、模型预测控制等方面的研究。2017年、2022年分别获得湖南大学电气工程及其自动化学士、电气工程博士学位(师从罗安院士)。2022年至2024年期间任特变电工衡阳变压器有限公司电力电子部部长,2024年6月入职大连理工大学光电工程与仪器科学学院。截止目前为止,以第一作者/通讯作者在《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》、《IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics》、《中国电机工程学报》等国内外著名学术期刊与会议上发表SCI/EI论文20余篇,总影响因子>70,授权中国发明专利6项。近年来,主持/参与完成国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、湖南省科技创新计划等多项国家级与省部级项目。获第五届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国银奖(1/22)、第五届湖南省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛一等奖(1/22),2019年湖南省创新创业大赛优秀团队(1/5)、博士研究生国家奖学金、2022年湖南省优秀毕业生、2024年湖南省优秀博士学位论文、湖南大学优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。
