研究领域
主要研究方向包括:1)连铸过程模型化与质量控制;2)大数据和机器学习在冶金过程中的应用;3)裂纹形成与扩展的跨尺度计算及其动力学;4)面向实测的凝固过程反问题建模与软测量;5)合金凝固过程多场耦合及微观组织预测。旨在从源头上把握金属凝固过程的本质和控制要素,在原理、模型、监控和数据多个层面,开展机制解读和数据解耦研究,提升基于性能与质量要求的认识、感知、设计和调控能力。
在连铸过程在线监控研究方面,开发出包括冶金工艺、信号测量、数值模拟、人工智能、并行计算、信息融合和可视化等一系列具有自主知识产权的理论方法与核心技术。成果先后应用于鞍钢、宝钢、沙钢、南钢等大型钢铁企业连铸作业现场,在保障过程顺行、异常预警和工艺优化等方面发挥重要作用。
发表科研论文一百余篇,其中80余篇被SCI检索,包括《Metallurgical and Materials Transactions B》、《International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer》、《Journal of Materials Processing Technology》、《ISIJ International》、《Steel Research International》、《Ironmaking and Steelmaking》等权威期刊。
获授权发明专利13项,授权软件著作权7项。申请国际PCT专利2项。
