Abstract:In order to share and reuse the information in Green Building Evaluation Standard GB/T50378-2014 and to solve the time-consuming,laborious and error-prone issues emerged in manual green building evaluation process,an intelligent green building evaluation system based on ontology and BIM is proposed after analyzing the details in this criteria. Firstly,with the help of Protégé3.4.8,according to the requirements in the criteria,an ontology evaluation model is established by building classes, properties,OWL axioms and SWRL rules. Secondly,by extracting the information needed for the evaluation process from BIM, datatype property values of the individuals in the ontology model are determined. Based on OWL axioms and SWRL rules,execute reasoning using Jess rule engine to obtain the evaluation index scores of the evaluated building,which can provide the basis for ranging the building. With the help of this system,regulations can be represented in a structured way,and they can be shared between different parties and reused in another evaluation process and to some extent,problems associated with manual green building rating process can be solved. Also,the proposed system may provide foundation for further researches.
