Abstract:  我们建立了高灵敏度脉冲激光-光腔衰荡光谱(Pulsed laser-CRDS,P-CRDS)原位测量介质阻挡放电(DBD)中NO2绝对数密度装置,通过对508-509 nm波段NO2光谱的测量,NO2实际探测极限可达17.5 ppb.在500 Pa气压、900 V放电电压和10 kHz的放电频率下,分别研究了在空气和NO2/Ar混合气体介质阻挡放电中,NO2的产生和脱除过程中的NO2绝对数密度随时间的变化.
