摘要:Crack and corrosion damage are inevitable for floating production storage and offloading system(FPSO)structures,which will weaken the ultimate strength of the structures.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the residual ultimate strength of FPSO structures with crack and corrosion damage.There is still a lack of research on residual ultimate strength of FPSO structure under the combined action of crack and corrosion damage.In the paper,the attenuation law of residual ultimate strength of the FPSO structure under the combined action of corrosion and crack damage is studied by using nonlinear finite element analysis.The results show that both corrosion and crack damage lead to linear attenuation of the ultimate strength,and the influence of corrosion damage on ultimate strength is much greater than that of crack damage.The research results have certain reference value for the design,maintenance and life extension of FPSO structures.
