刘新鹏，副教授、博士生导师。

主要从事非线性系统辨识、航空发动机系统智能建模与故障诊断、机器学习、机器视觉等领域的研究。

已发表学术论文20余篇、其中SCI检索论文12篇，授权国家发明专利5项；主持国家级与科研院所项目5项。

担任多个国际会议专题主席，以及IEEE TNNLS, TII, TSMC, TCSVT, TIM等期刊审稿人。
