个人简介

栾雨时教授长期从事植物分子生物学、基因工程领域的研究工作,在植物非编码RNA、转录因子的发现及功能鉴定方面独树一帜,尤其是以番茄与致病疫霉为试材进行的植物微生物分子互作研究,结合大量的生物信息学预测、分析以及先进的分子生物学实验技术,取得了众多突破性的成果。陆续得到 8 项国家自然科学基金(重点及面上)项目的支持,目前正在开展的工作有番茄抗晚疫病关键调控因子的协同免疫机制研究(执行期2023.01-2027.12”“番茄SCOOP小肽及其受体MIK2调控植株耐盐性的机制(执行期2025.01-2028.12;发表SCI收录论文131 篇,有9篇入选ESI高被引。

任教三十余年,讲授过生物统计学”“普通生物学”“生命科学概论”“细胞生物学” “作物遗传育种学”“植物保护学等十余门各类课程;主持过多项本科生及研究生的教改项目;多次获得教学质量优良奖。

近年来指导的博士、硕士研究生有6人、7次获得国家奖学金,有2人获得学业奖学金,有17人次被评为优秀研究生,有1人获得辽宁省优秀硕士学位论文,有1人和7人分别获得大连理工大学优秀博士和硕士学位论文;指导的本科生在进行大学生创新项目期间,多数人经过系统的训练有论文成果发表,有1项成果获得辽宁省生命科学创新创业大赛一等奖。目前正在指导3名博士后、1名博士生、8名硕士生。

研究方向

植物基因工程: 探寻、发现并克隆重要的基因;借助过表达、沉默等技术掌握基因的特性及功能;合理、有效地利用功能基因服务于农业生产和人民生活。


植物与微生物互作: 查明有害(有益)细菌、真菌、病毒等在侵染植物过程中的作用机制,为确保植物健康、快速生长奠定基础。


非编码RNA调控与功能: 鉴定植物非编码RNA,阐明其功能及作用机制;通过非编码RNA组学的研究,构建并完善相关调控网络;为揭示生命的奥秘添砖加瓦。
