Abstract:利用作者共被引和多元统计分析方法对国内外的知识管理论文进行实证研究,划分出知识管理的五个流派:战略流派、组织变革流派、过程流派、技术流派和应用流派.利用元分析的方法从研究内容、理论基础、研究方法、分析层次等层面揭示了知识管理各流派的研究特征及未来发展动向;归纳出知识管理学科研究的主要内容,探索性地提出知识管理的定义及内涵,以期从整体上把握知识管理的发展状况,为以后的研究提供参考依据.
