Abstract:企业资源规划(ERP)的实施往往伴随着深刻的组织变革.有效的变革管理、尤其是对员工抵制行为的管理就成为ERP实施的关键成功因素之一.本文在回顾抵制行为经典研究理论的基础上,分析了ERP实施将引起的组织变革和由此所产生的抵制行为,以及抵制的形式和不利影响.并且根据前人的研究成果,总结了ERP实施过程中应对抵制行为的策略.这些策略将从变革管理的角度促进ERP实施成功.
