Abstract:企业想从信息技术应用中获利,必须投资于培育整体的IT能力,而非孤立的IT系统.因此,信息化的成败不仅受技术因素影响,还受非技术因素影响.中国企业在信息化的进程中对非技术因素缺乏足够的重视和管理技巧,形成非技术因素管理缺口,造成信息化项目的成功率不高.本文提出了中国企业信息化进程中4种主要非技术因素:领导因素、组织变革和变革管理、项目管理、应用管理.
