Abstract:信息及通信技术的发展使得跨国虚拟团队（GVT）成为可能,但也带来了诸多挑战。本文选取大连软件外包行业为研究样本,采用案例分析方法,提出了技术任务适配视角下的GVT沟通模型。通过对6个团队的多案例研究,提出不同类型的任务对媒体有着不同的需求,任务类型与媒体特征间存在着最优适配,同时外语水平、项目经验等个人因素也会影响媒体使用的感知适配,并最终影响沟通绩效水平。
