Abstract:消费者的采纳是移动商务发展的基本条件之一.本文通过对"整合性技术接受和使用理论"(UTAUT)的改进和扩展,发展出更切合移动商务特点和中国情境的UTAUT模型,使其在研究中国的移动商务消费者采纳问题时,具有更好的解释能力和适用性.扩展和改进从三个角度进行:(1)针对移动商务特点;(2)结合IS用户满意理论;(3)考虑中国文化特点.改进后的UTAUT模型可以用于中国消费者采纳移动商务影响因素的实证研究中.
