Abstract:信任问题无疑成为影响移动商务发展的关键因素。本文通过总结信任的定义,结合电子商务情境下的信任影响因素,提出在移动商务情境中的信任影响因素,最后提出一个集成信任因素的移动商务采纳模型及其后续的研究计划。本文的研究目的是通过确定影响消费者信任的因素,让移动商务供应商和提供移动商务的网站调整战略来提高消费者对交易的满足感,从而让消费者更多地采纳移动商务,促进移动商务的发展。
