邱玲玲，中共党员，大连理工大学公共管理学院助理教授，硕士生导师，多伦多大学博士，主要研究方向为生态经济与绿色发展、乡村全面振兴理论与机制、城乡融合发展、农村老龄社会治理，主持国家社会科学基金青年项目、辽宁省经济社会发展研究课题、中央高校基本科研业务经费项目。
