Abstract:We provide a promising and controllable internal method to regulate the interaction between graphene sheets and DNA based on oxidative DNA damage, and demonstrate its feasibility in fluorescence detection of oxidative DNA damage in situ.

Pre One:Label-free fluorescent detection of Cu(II) ions based on DNA cleavage-dependent graphene-quenched DNAzymes

Next One:Electron transfer mechanisms, new applications, and performance of biocathode microbial fuel cells
