任恒千,大连理工大学生物工程学院教授,2019年在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校化学与生物分子工程系获得博士学位;2019-2023年在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校卡尔乌斯基因组生物学研究所从事博士后研究;20245月起到大连理工大学生物工程学院工作。主要从事合成生物学工具开发及活性多肽化合物生物合成方面的研究。以第一作者身份在Nature ChemistryNature CommunicationsACS Chemical BiologyBiotechnology and Bioengineering等国际知名学术期刊发表多篇论文。


研究方向:

主要从事活性多肽化合物生物合成方向的研究。结合生物信息学与合成生物学技术,实现天然多肽子的大规模发现、活性鉴定及合成机制解析;同时综合分子模拟、定向进化、高通量筛选等手段,促进活性多肽分子的性能优化及生物制造。
