摘要：Earned value management method is an effective tool of project integrated management. Based on the theory of earned schedule, the problem of earned value distribution is discussed. The problem, which commonly happens during the implementation, is a main reason causing the conservative evaluation results by means of the original method. To solve the problem, the concepts of unexpected earned value and earned value of risk are defined, and the cost performance evaluation method of project is revised. By using the revised method, a more reliable evaluation result of complete cost is proposed in the most life cycles, and the overall forecast accuracy is improved.
