基于遗传算法的数控喷字路径优化方法研究

摘要:Part numbers and assembly marks of ship parts are always needed to be sprayed on the steel plates. Even if the NC spraying mathine can enhance the efficiency relativing to the manual spraying, there are too many idling distances during the spraying process. Therefore, accordng to the characteristics of NC spraying, the spraying strings are abstracted to directed line segments. Based on this, the path optimization model of directed line segments for NC spraying is established and solved by Genetic Algorithm. The calculation result indicated that the method can reduce the idling distances and improve the spraying efficiency of NC mathine.
