摘要：After China entered WTO, to enhance the ability of international competition of Chinese manufacturing industry has become more and more urgent; And CRM is exactly the new means of enterprise's information management following ERP and SCM. Hereby this paper analyzes the meaning for implementation of CRM in the manufacturing industry, presents system integration method of operation flow in CRM and the processing pattern of data analysis. This paper describes the build process of IS, and expound an implementation method of CRM based on Internet frame. At last, the paper sets up enterprise's CRM system based on data mining.
