摘要：For solving the problem of high maintenance expense and too much breakdown time, analyzing the characteristics of a special steel enterprise, applying J2EE software framework and Web Server, EAM-based equipment management system is established. System strengthens the management of whole-life-circle of production equipment. Moreover, making maintenance plan and tracking equipment operation state based on plant check system centered are put forward, which can dispose hidden trouble in time and maintain beforehand, thereby achieve heightening equipment run efficiency and saving maintenance expense.
