铅白铜水平电磁连铸坯宏观组织及宏观偏析的研究

Abstract: 研究了水平电磁连铸铅白铜棒材在不同电流120~200A、不同频率10~50Hz时铸坯宏观组织的变化,并对其机理进行探讨。而且将未加磁场时的铸锭与水平电磁连铸生产的铸锭进行了比较。结果表明,在电磁场的搅拌作用下,铅白铜合金棒材的凝固组织发生了很大的变化,表现在铸坯组织的细化和等轴晶范围与比率的上升,同时抑制了合金元素Pb的宏观偏析;搅拌后宏观组织主要由等轴晶组成,最后凝固区由靠近上表面(中心线上方11.5cm处)下移到铸锭几何中心位置。最终:电磁场频率为25~30Hz搅拌效果略好,电磁场强度在160A效果最好。
