水平连铸5流中间包控流装置优化

Abstract:为确保铝液水平连铸5流中间包控流的稳定性,利用数值模拟结合水模型试验,优化设计了中间包控流装置,以期获得更为均一的流场和温度场.结果表明,设计的优化控流方案,中间包内铝液流速在各出坯口处分布均匀,且整体接近于拉速;中间包内铝液最大温差由原始方案的15K下降至9K,降低了40%;各流口最大温差由7K降至2K,下降了71.4%.设计的5流中间包控流方案,有利于提高铸坯质量和稳定生产工艺.
