原位自生Fe3Al增强Cu基复合材料的组织和性能

Abstract: 通过XRD、OM、SEM、TEM和拉伸试验等手段,研究了不同Fe3Al含量和变形工艺对原位自生Fe3Al增强Cu基复合材料显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果 表明,当Fe3Al含量增加时,复合材料晶粒明显细化;第二相以纳米尺度的Fe3Al为主,且均匀分布在Cu基体中;经过冷轧和退火处理后,晶粒进一步细化,同时强度得到提升.Fe和Al含量分别为10%的复合材料在经过90%冷轧变形和350℃×1h退火处理后,显微硬度(HV)和抗拉强度分别达到272和871 MPa.
