基于简化模型的汽车防撞梁仿真优化研究

Abstract:按照我国侧面碰撞法规针对某国产车型建立整车侧面碰撞有限元模型.在此基础上建立相对应的车门简化模型,将原车门内U型防撞梁替换成M型高强钢防撞梁,利用简化模型计算效率高的特点.研究了M型防撞梁截面形状尺寸及材料属性对车门内板的侵入速度和侵入距离的影响.通过仿真计算,验证了优化后的防撞梁在车门内板侵入速度、侵入距离和防撞梁重量分别降低了4%、2%和25%,提高了车门的侧面耐撞性和乘员的安全性能.为今后汽车侧门防撞梁的耐撞性分析提供了可借鉴的方法.
