Abstract:就业是大学生教育价值实现中的关键.通过对大连理工大学工程力学系近五年大学生(含本科生、研究生,不合专科生)的就业情况进行统计分析,提取出毕业生就业率、就业分布状况(依据就业地域和就业单位性质划分)等数据.结果表明,毕业生一直保持较高的就业率,而在选择就业单位时, “就近”和“经济水平”成为两个重要准则.最后,针对提升毕业生就业竞争力提出建议.
