摘要:Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) consist of large numbers of sensor nodes with finite buffer, limited energy, and computational and communication capabilities. Considering increasingly larger scale of the WSNs and the booming information packets among the sensor nodes, fast response time is a crucial metric for real-time WSNs applications. Low delay and energy balance are two very important indicators to evaluate the performance of the WSNs. We propose a method of modeling based on open M/M/1 queueing networks to provide evaluation criterion. A low delay and energy balance algorithm (LDEB) based on dynamic programming and minimum delay-energy weight with congestion control is characterized. Through the LDEB algorithm, the routing paths could be found out, which will lead the packets to go through intermediate nodes with lowest delay and will also make residual energy of the WSNs distributed uniformly in whole sensor nodes. At last, simulation result shows the prominent performance in terms of low latency and persisted lifetime using the proposed solution.
