    摘要:In the environment of e-commerce, customers' demands change continually. In order to improve customer satisfaction and reaction ability for customers' orders of logistic enterprises, the paper solves demand changes disturbance in vehicle routing problem with time windows. Disruption events and their influences are analyzed. Rescuing different disruption events is transferred to rescuing a new customer with new demands. Based on disruption management thoughts, a disruption recovery model for the problem is developed. Then the react strategies for disruption events are also proposed, including adding vehicles policy, get-off later policy and exchange policy. A nested partitions method is designed to realize the react strategies. The effectiveness of the react strategies is showed by the experiment results. ? 2011 ISSN 2185-2766.
