      摘要:The urgency vehicle routing problem with fuzzy time window(UVRPFTW) causedby customers' dynamic requests is proposed and solved based on the theory ofdisruption management. A fuzzy membership function is used to characterize thecustomers' satisfaction level by analyzing the customers' practical requirementsof the service time window. After the disruptions of customers' dynamicrequests are identified, the method of disruptions measure which considerssynthetically the customers, divers and logistics service providers ispresented. Based on the reposition strategy, a disruption recovery model for theproblem is put forward, in which adds dummy customers and relativerestrictions. To obtain a feasible solution for the UVRPFTW, a genetic algorithmwhich can optimize fuzzy information fleetly is developed. In this algorithm, afuzzy optimization procedure is applied to decide the optimal starting servicetime for each customer. Experimental results demonstrate that the application offuzzy processing, disruption recovery model and algorithm can achieveconsiderable cost-savings and reduce deviation from the original plan, whilemaintaining an acceptable customers' satisfaction level.
