摘要：For solving the vehicle routing problem with disruption that may be vehicle breakdowns or traffic accidents in the logistics distribution system, the disruption recovery strategies and solutions are given based on the theory of disruption management. Disruption measurements are given and the disruption management model is built. For the attributes of the vehicle routing problem with disruption, a series of solving-simplify strategies are given to simplify the solution space. On the basis of the characteristics of the model, the improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. The representative results and analysis are given to prove the efficiently of the disruption management model and algorithm. ? 2009 IEEE.
