丁腈和端羧基丁腈增韧环氧胶粘剂的固化温度研究

Abstract: 采用示差扫描量热法分析了丁腈和端羧基丁腈(CTBN)增韧环氧胶粘剂体系的固化过程,并对固化反应动力学进行了研究。结果表明,2种增韧体系的理论最佳
   固化温度分别为88 ℃和90 ℃。固化温度对两种增韧体系的钢-钢剪切强度、冲击强度和弯曲强度的影响趋势是相似的,100
   ℃时各项强度都比较高。结合各种因素和实际应用,2种增韧体系的参考固化条件为:室温/24 h+100 ℃/3 h。
