Abstract:A series of bisnaphthalimide compounds which were linked by alkyl isothiourea cations were synthesized and their DNA intercalated properties and apoptotic activity were studied. All the compounds were proved to have obvious injury to DNA and inducement of apoptosis by biological experiments.
