Abstract:以3J21合金为试验对象，采用电液束加工方法，开展了直线凹槽、窄缝的加工试验研究，探索电液束加工微结构的可行性。以凹槽宽度、深度作为评价指标，重点研究了加工电压、加工时间、电解液压力等主要工艺条件对凹槽形貌的影响规律。在优选的工艺条件下，可获得宽度100～150μm、深度50～100μm的凹槽及宽度<160μm的规整窄缝。
