Abstract:离子化气流辅助切削是将电离后的气流喷向切削区以起到润滑冷却作用的切削方式.分别在空气、空气流、离子化空气流、氮等离子体射流等气氛中进行304不锈钢的摩擦磨损和切削试验.结果显示,离子化空气流气氛具有良好的冷却润滑作用,摩擦因数相比干摩擦降低约46%,切向切削力和后刀面磨损相比干切削分别下降约24%和69%,并可显著减少黏着磨损和积屑瘤,大幅提高304不锈钢的摩擦磨损性能和切削加工效果.
